Library Collection

The library has many items for patrons to check out and enjoy.

• Books - Over 30,000 books including:

  • Current Bestsellers in both Fiction and Non-Fiction thanks to a continuing Grant from the Nell J. Redfield Foundation.

  • Nonfiction - a variety of nonfiction materials, both in the Juvenile and Adult areas

  • Fiction - a wide variety of fiction, including suspense, mystery, romance, western, and many other genres, Accelerated Readers

  • A large collection of Easy, Juvenile, and Young Adult Books

  • Kits

    • Mom's and Tots: These kits help you track your little one's progress with activities by age group and materials, helping parents know what stage their babies and toddlers should be.

    • Book by Book Beginning kits - These bags have books that are geared to Pre-K age groups.  There are logs available to help your child record 1000 books before Kindergarten.

    • Pre-K backpacks for learning skills needed for Kindergarten -- These bags are chuck full of activities, books and materials to help your child have the skills they need for Kindergarten.

    • STEM Bags -- For children and youth grades K-12, these bags have STEM, Social  Emotional and learning activities for all school ages.

• DVDs - Over 1500 DVDs including informational, children's, series, family, and current popular titles are available.

• Audio Books on CD - Over 600 books on CD from recent bestseller lists and popular authors including fiction and nonfiction.  We have many audio books available for our children, juveniles, and young adults.  We also have portable CD players for checkout if you don't have a player available.

• ​Teacher Resources—We have many Teacher Resource kits that parents and teachers can check out and use to make lesson plans and teach concepts.

• We also have a lot of STEM and other equipment you can use in house. Cricut cutting machines, Glowfordge for etching, sewing machine, leather tools, and 3-D printers for your use.
